HOW DO I.... CHANGE MY PERSONAL DETAILS ?
It is essential that we have our patients’ correct contact details. Please notify us as soon as possible if there has been a change. We would also appreciate a phone number where we may contact you during the day. Please check to make sure your details are up to date when next at the surgery. If you change your telephone provider don’t forget to let your doctor know, just in case we need to contact you. Our surgery number is automatically withheld when dialling to protect patient confidentiality. We do have difficulty in contacting patients who do not accept calls from 'withheld numbers' and request that an alternative number be advised should we need to contact you.
